SHIPPING:
Please note that orders will be processed and shipped Monday-Friday. Cut off time is 12-noon EST. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following Monday. Most apparel orders are processed and shipped the same day; Please note: lures and tackle items are generally built on demand and can take up (7) days to ship. If you have specific time restrictions or needs, please call us at 910-399-6882 to discuss, we can often accommodate you.
Fathom Offshore is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather and/or natural disasters.

Free shipping method is at the sole discretion of Fathom Offshore. Generally, Free Shipping is shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground depending on weight and size.
*Orders containing oversized lead items such as deep drop weights and fish / downrigger weights are excluded from FREE shipping due to the abnormally heavy nature of this product. This will calculate at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do deliver internationally, although certain products are excluded from international delivery.

Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system. If using a freight forwarder, Fathom Offshore Holdings LLC. is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit, returned to sender, or delays in transit time. Fathom Offshore is not responsible for covering additional shipping or freight fees. Refunds for returned packages will not be issued until return delivery has been confirmed by facility.
