Generally all of our resin style trolling lures are intended to be pulled as is (with NO bait needed.) they are designed with a specific swimming action in mind. When you purchase this lure pre-rigged, it comes with everything needed to fish it out of the box. However, we do have an entire section of lures and baits for dead bait and ballyhoo. The popping cork itself measures 3" in length by 1.16" in width at its widest point. The titanium wire is 7" in length, then add approx .5" for each swivel. This would make the total length of the rig approx 8".

Since its a low drag surface teaser, the Agitator bird bar can be used on relatively light tackle if needed (TLD 20 class). However, it really comes down to the lure you are putting on the back of the bar. Its rigged on 150# mono, so pair your rod/reel to the chosen lure or bait as opposed to the bird bar itself.

We don't offer head only on the website, however we can sell the un-skirted lure head by calling 910-399-6882. We can also skirt the lure with specific skirt colors if you would like. The weight listed as "skirted weight" includes skirts, the head only weight for the Double O large is 5.3oz.

All of our Pre-Rigged No Tangle dredges come with SR30 squids. The SR30 is 9" in length.

The chugger has a concave face, allowing the lure to pop and chug slightly more than the flat face.

Absolutely! The double O line of bullet heads are very versatile. They can be pulled on the surface or subsurface with a lead or on a planer. No wrong place to run a bullet lure. Placement and depth often varies depending on target species.
